Lovebox festival this weekend

Now in its seventh year the Lovebox weekender festival has been extended to the Friday to cater for more acts.

Lovebox this weekend in Victoria Park
The festival in Victoria Park will kick off with Dizzee Rascal, Chase & Statud, Ellie Goulding and the Noisettes on the Friday.
Around 50,000 revellers are expected to flock to the park at the weekend to take part int he award winning festival.
Saturday will feature Mark Ronson & The Business International, Paloma Faith, Empire of the Sun and Yeasayer.
The official afterparty on Sunday will see Grace Jones, Hot Chip and Peaches take to the stage.
Gates will open on Friday at 2pm and close at 11pm, Saturday 12noon till 11pm and Sunday 12noon till 10.30pm.

I attended this and it was worth every penny, I've taken my kids to enough events this summer and this one was all for me!
I was brilliant I will definitely be going next year!

ReportIt certainly looks good... but it's no Glastonbury. All other festivals may as well not exist. Saying that, yeah I might go too. Decent line-up. Never heard of Chase and Statud though (tribute act?)
