Firstly, the staff are welcoming as soon as you walk in, making you feel welcome, and easing your nerves (which can be needed!) From my experience, and friends experiences, they are always booked up, so it can take awhile to get an appointment, but I would say this is a good thing. Overall, its a small, friendly shop, which is highly thought of, and I would recommend it it others.
