I love this pub - but my favourite thing about it is that they do Thai food! You can get a great curry for only £7! We were there the night before Lovebox and they were playing lots of Snoop Dogg!

I rarely go in this pub for some reason, but after a night of quiet pubs when I really wanted a sociable time we ventured in here to see if the people were any more talkative. Score! As soon as we sat at the bar, four people started talking to us, all lovely. The bar staff we nice too and the place was busy for a Bank Holiday Monday night so there was a nice buzz. The toilets are the nicest in Stokey too! Although no full length mirror which on certain occasions is essential for us girls! Fab music - Kinks, Beatles, Minnie Riperton etc. Really nice place and I will return.
I agree. I went for a lunchtime drink last week and ended up having a really enjoyable afternoon sat with my friends. Great atmosphere

This pub gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling inside. It is one of those places that you can sit with a paper all afternoon whiling away the hours, meet a friend for an intimate drink, or equally a group of mates and feel that you are cocooned in an glowing egg that makes everything flow like honey. The music here on a Thursday is excellent. I walked in from a rainy evening to be welcomed to my favourite song by Fat Freddies Drop, a bottle of wine and incredible company - cant think of anywhere I would have rather been.
