you know what to expect, and i dont always think that's is a bad thing. very cheap drinks = will get a few more than your average drunks. again not always a bad thing. i've had some good spontaneous conversations in here. and good staff. i agree wouldn't have it as first choice but when strapped for cash i would not turn my nose up.

God's waiting room
This is God’s waiting room. One of the worst Wetherspoons. You’ll either come across angry old men or drunk yobs in here. Good place to go if you’re skint, but other than that don’t bother. Props to the staff for putting up with it. But it’s a no go.
