The food here is great. For a nice lunch or dinner with a few mates it's a place to be. I have to say though I have felt a little exposed in the venue before. It's quite limited in terms of capacity and the windows are large. Window side discussions are not my favourite! Food so completely makes up for that side of things and service is average if not good. Never had a bad time there and would always recommend it and dine there again.

my only problem with this place is that if you want to have lunch at lunch time and sit outside with your dog, you won't be the only one waiting. but i will wait, i come here with so many different friends because it has such a wide selection, i like the meeze for a bit of everything, and a glass of wine, but if you'd prefer a hot chocolate and a panini they do this well also. i enjoy being on church street, and everything is an ok price. i've found service to be fine, and food to come in good time.
Easy to pass by down Church Street, but once i finally went there one evening, it was a complete no-brainer as great place to eat Mediterranean in a pretty low-key location. That also means you'll most likely get a table straightaway. The staff were either lovely or delicious, the food was gorgeous, and the space felt cosy and rather intimate. This place is a must-go-to at least once!
The mezze here is great for vegetarians: try the dolmadas and the spicy potatoes. The desserts are pretty average. Like anywhere in Stokey, it's awkward for parking, especially during the day. It doesn't feel like it's on the main road because it's small and has a good vibe.
I love this place! Somehow it isn't quite as 'trendy' as Blue Legume or Il Bacio etc, but that just means there normally more chance of getting a table! Great mezze - humus with lamb, asparagus and smoked salmon, and calamari all top notch, as well as loads of others. Other mains are great too - gordion knot is my fav. Good for just a coffee too. Desserts are uninspired but I never have room for one anyway after gorging on the savories! Never overwhelmed by the service, but the space is really nice. Absolute gem on Church Street.
