Consistent, long-standing cafe / restaurant on Stoke Newington Church Street. Nice kebab, good range of other options, good fried breakfasts, nice starters, reasonable prices. The staff in here are friendly without pestering you, even though it's often quiet (seems a real shame). Love the decor too.

ReportWas taken to the Dervish for lunch by two lovely Stoke Newington residents last month, and would for sure go back. The food was great, I had a breakfast that was sized 'regular' on the menu but was too big for me to finish, and the waiter happily packed up the falafels I ordered on the side for me to take home and munch later! Nice wee cafe, would reccomend it.
Yummy breakfasts. I had an english breakfast with egg, black pudding, sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms and toast; a hot chocolate, and an orange juice. And I finished it all. And the charming waiter didn't even judge me. Impressed!
